It depends on the person and the situation. If we are alone together - yes I can usually tell. It’s not like you can tell when your just walking around the mall looking at guys though. It also depends on how well he can hide it without being obvious.

As the past 3 people have said, it “depends”. Usually when I’m with a girl I’ll just blatantly say “Sorry, hard on.” It gets a few cheap laughs and she knows that my mind set can go that way if required.

Well I don’t mind if it is with my boyfriend…use to it, I guess.lol. If it happens take it as a compliment…he finds you attractive. If it is a guy I like and were cuddling and it happens, I just won’t say anything…depending on how well and long we know each other…I might do something :-)
