Have you ever done this to your computer? how long does it take? will it do anything bad to your comp?
Its good to do for your pc. It makes it faster. Mine usually takes about 3 hours to do depending on how often I do it.
I've done it many, many times. It's good for your computer. It takes hours upon hours though.
