white discharge i find always when i exercise when i hit the shower after i see white discharge on my undies.. why is this normal is this bad or good why does it happen every time i exercise and workout
It's normal. All women do. I don't really know why, it has something to do with your v.agina cleaning itself. It's completely normal. Just make sure that you don't wear clothing that are too tight, you need some air down there so to speak otherwise you might get infections.
