How difficult is it for you to keep someone interested in what you have to say?

Answer #1

I think this depends on how you present the information, and what the topic is to the group you are presenting. Is this in a class for a grade where nobody seems to care about what you are talking about, or is this a work for a job related topic.

Answer #2

Depends on the person. It’s not difficult with my good friends at all. It also depends on the topic. If it is a topic that I know a lot about then it is pretty easy to keep someone interested in what I have to say.

Answer #3

It’s very difficult to keep someone interested in what you have to say if they are already not interested in your topic, best thing you can do is try to make it relevant to them.

Answer #4

I find it very easy for me as I am very personable and non judgemental

Answer #5

I can usually keep an individual person interested in what I’m saying as I look them in the eye when I talk to them and focus on them. I have a hard time with groups, I get overwhelmed with all the people and if I don’t stay clear and focused niether will they.

Answer #6

For me, its not difficult at all. Im kind of bubbly. People seem to find what I say interesting, even when I am talking about boring science. I dont quite understand it myself. I am terrified of public speaking, and yet I am apparently good at it, according to my lecturers.

Answer #7

For me it depends on the pearson, those who care do, those who don’t, don’t, so I just don’t say anathing to them, so they don’t have to bother to listen.

Answer #8

Stare into their eyes….ha

Answer #9

Not hard at all.. I keep my target’s attention.. even if they’re not interested in the topic, I turn it into a debate so they can interact and become interested, I tell a lot of stories regarding my life.. which most people think are funny. I dunno, people just say I’m a people person. I guess it comes naturally for some people than others.

Answer #10
