What's the difference between pregnancy symptoms and menstruation?

ok so i usually don’t feel any different when my period is coming except for eating more but this time it’s suppose to be coming this week but i’ve had cramps headaches and nausea so i’m not sure if it’s pregnancy or my period is coming, what symptoms are different btwn those two.?./

The fact that you are pregnant with one of those. They are similar, extremely similar & the only way to tell the difference is with a pregnancy test.

Pregnancy symptoms will be more complex. in addition to nausea, headache, ect. You will also have the frequent urge to pee. Also, your nipples will not only be sore, but darker in pigment. Breast tenderness, soft cervix, blah blah… the BEST way to know the difference is knowing your body. When you are about to get your period, do you normally have the headaches and nausea? Or is this a new occurance?
