Diet pills and periods

Do diet pills (such as Hoodia) affect your menstrual cycle? My period is 10 days late. I’m quite sure I’m not pregnant.

if your starving yourself so much that your body feels it canot both keep you alive and give you a period, then yes it will stop your period having an eating disorder or being underweight both make your body put off a period and both can also permanently affect your fertility on the other hand, if youve had sex, you could be pregnant so both take a pregnancy test 3-4 weeks after you had sex, and see a dcotor to get your bmi (body mass index) calculated so you can see what weight range your in and how much you need to loose or gain to be in the healthy weight range
