the new fda approved ali pills actually work?
Actually, they do work when taken as directed and when incorporating a healthy diet and exercise plan into the mix. Alli is a weaker strength of the Rx Xenical, and yes, prkswllflwr is right about the side effects. I took the Xenical when it first came out and all I can say is that it's a good thing I have a sense of humor. I read somewhere that the average person farts 16-20 times per day - I farted enough to meet half the town's quota. Did I lose weight? Yep. I think I farted it off. :-)
Hi,
From their marketing, Alli stops the absorption of about half the fat you eat. So it isn't a miracle pill, it works with you when you're eating healthily.
If you eat more than 15 grams of fat in a meal, it will make you have oily farts and diarrhea. Possibly without much warning, like in public. So be sure to read all about the side effects. It's pretty gross.
DO NOT TAKE ANY DIET PILLS~!!! you will gain back all your weight if you stop eating diet pills... and it MAYBE will gain twice the weight you lost... and you are going to waste a lot of money buying diet pills... and you need to depand on it the whole life... so just exercise and eat healthy
some do some dont. honestly none are scarcely close to the effect of a healthy diet and exercise.
