Did I get a disease from him?

My friend hooked me up with one of her guy friend’s friend. She had never met him and I hadnt either. I didnt know much about him except where he went to school. When we hungout, I ended up giving him a hand job, and he fingered me and felt my boobs. A week later, him and me got in a big fight and he told me that he had gential warts and I didnt believe him but now I’ve been scared that I might have gotten it from him. Is that possible for me to have gotten it even though he didnt cum when we did stuff? I dont want to tell my parents because theyll flip. But I can honestly say I’ve learned my lesson. I dont plan on doing anything sexual until im married. Is there any way I could get a treatment for it just in case I have it? I dont want to see a doctor, but do they have a speical medicine at a local drug store or something? The guy mightve been just saying that because he was mad and wanted to scare me, but I dont want to take any chances so if anyone knows anything please reply and be nice.. I’ve been feeling guilty enough and I dont need anything else to bring me down farther than I already am..
