i bought the machine and it says 135 is that normal?
Believe it or not, the normal range varies based on meals and time of day.
Before you eat, a normal range is between 90 and 130. After you eat, that can go up as high as 180 (going higher than that is problematic) Before you go to bed, the normal range is between 100 and 140.
However, if your ranges are not consistent, your doctor may recommend you go higher or lower than the average ... when in doubt, get a professional opinion.
