Want larger thighs, how to get them?

Im too skinny…I want larger thighs…I dont want to build up muscle how can I create the illusion???

Your best bet is a diet high in protein, calcium, and vitamins (all kinds)–that, along with exercise and weight lifting will make you bigger with muscle, not fat. Bulky, low fat and low cal foods (like cereal for instance).

it depends on if you actually want to put on weight, or just look like you have. if you want to put on weight, most people say eat more. you do need to eat more, but in a healthy way. otherwise if you just eat junk food all the time youll be more prone to things like heartattack, stoke, diabeties, ect.(if you overdo it) so you need to gradually gain weight. slowly but healthily. add a few more things to your daily meals to start off with. it also depends on were your body stores fat ( like the stomatch, hips, thighs) but if you tend to gain weight on your thighs when you eat more, then there should be no problems

Well if you eat more but put on the weight and control it meaning have junk food then still work out a little bit not a lot…just start indulging in the foods you never use to…but if after this you still cant you may have something called a fast matabalism…ask your doctor or google it, just means you burn off/digest food faster than most people leaving you skinny.

eat meat a lot of it im 13 and I weigh 7 stone and im obsessing that im Fat
