to me snow is pretty to look at and better off to stay like that tooo..

snow can and will be numbing..and I hate that feeling.

other than that I say they are specks from the sky. to decorate wherever it falls

cold and wet. deceiving, looks pretty but ruins a lot of fun stuff. heavy when you have to shovel it, not as fun to dance in as rain, it is peaceful though melts to slow,
