Your email address is linked to the account you currently have. We can unlink it, of course, but we don’t allow members to delete an account for the purpose of creating another unless there is a very good reason for doing so.

I know people are going to question this, so to answer the question upfront, the reason why we don’t allow people to jump accounts at will is for security purposes. When it was allowed in the past, people would use an account to troll, abuse, or threaten others, delete the account, then make a new one and pretend to be someone completely different. This is also why we don’t allow members to delete their own accounts.
