What is your definition of the word "ACCEPTANCE"?

i guess a disposition to tolerate or accept people or situations.

Not to be in denial, to accept something. And I didn’t get that from a dictionary, I know it snds as if I did

My definition of acceptance would be understanding that everyone is different and not having a problem with it. Everyone has different beliefs, traditions, cultures and views. I may think that their views are right, that their culture is fair or the way they deal with things are right but I don’t criticize. Despite their race, their colour and religion, I have no problem with them. Some could wear rags while others wear Prada, some are white while others are different coloured, whether we live in hilltop houses or apartments, whether we make a living by having a career in law or whether we are just store cleaners, whether we have money or barely can afford a meal; without caring about all this and not letting the medias perspective get in our minds, I believe this is what acceptance is.

the mental and phisical act of being ok with the fact that something is real. or wrapping your head around something. comprehending.

you accept something into ur life b/c u no ur going to have to live w/it, or ur not in denial about how u feel about something. u accept how u feel about it.
