I have horrible chicken legs that look like toothpicks! lol but seriousely any girls out there that have nice firm legs? tell me how did you get them??
I joined sports like volleyball(which really helped)and track, and they really improved my muscle. I now have firmer more muscular, but not bulky legs. Even if you cant join a sport you can still do running and sprinting exercises and do lunges, squats, leg lifts and soccer drills.
I don't do anything to try to get them. it doesn't/shouldn't matter how you look though, remember, its the inside that counts! and I would hope people won't be judgemental, but I think, by what you said, your legs are fine! hope this helps! bye! :)
I've been in swimming for a long time and my legs are really muscular. Just try doing more sports and such...
