My hair use to be long and thick. I loved it, but I ended up bleaching it and dying it back to brunette 3 times in about 2 months. My hair got so dead from that, that I just cut it shorter (near shoulders). But now it just wont grow, I havent dyed it in soo long thinking it will eventually grow but it just wont. It's like it stopped, I've tried everything from maine & tail shampoo and conditioner to getting my hair trimmed every month... so now im stuck with wearing extensions that im always worried about people seeing and having to fix my hair extensions in front of people... PLEASE HELP ME!
OMG I have the sme problem.. my hair used to be very longg and I cut it GRR wish I hadnt now.. mine seems to of got shorter of straightening and bleaching it and stuff. so I were hair extentions aswel GRR itss anoying .. you can get hair tablets that helps your hair grow and stuff.. but I just leave condidtioner on my hair over night. thats really good for your hair =]
for strong healthy hair, get some folic acid (very cheap supplement you buy at your pharmacy)
Also get some bayrum and bergamot oil and add it to your shampoo, in no time you'll have thick, healthy hair again and you'll be surprised at how well it grows.
makee so yur hair is hydratedd and usee a deep conditioner everytimee yu wash yur hair becuase dying it dries it out and then dont put lots of gel,moose etc. let it be natural for a whilee and it should start growing
