How can i go on a date with a guy with parents who always want you to have a chaperone?

Answer #1

You go out on the date with the chaperone. They obviously think you’re too young to be going out alone, and frankly I think they’re being smart.

Answer #2

If you want to go on a date with someone, you’ll have to go on their terms. It will suck sometimes, but there’s nothing you can do about it until you’re older. This is their way of protecting you, which is their job to do. I also agree that they’re being smart.

In all honesty, you need to be thanking them because they are even considering allowing you to go on this date… If you were my daughter even thinking about going on a date at this early age i would have said absolutely not…continued with…when you grow up & understand the facts of what it even means to be on date then you can actually go on one…!
You are 13, you should be focused on school, clothes, make up, i mean seriously what happened to just hanging out with friends, going to the mall, the movies, miniature golfing, bowling, ice skating, to the pool, to the beach or just hanging out with a few friends at home?! When i was your age i had a few friends and we hung out at the park, played kick ball, basket ball…talked about music while on a swing…we were lucky if we had a damn quarter to get some good humor icy on a stick…just to cool down…:) Boys…hmm…we knew them…we even discussed crushes on them…but to actually go out on a date with one…you must be bugging…:)

Say that your going on a “double date” or “group date” and plan that your friend and her boo will be at the same place just in case. Split up and actually have your alone time. Thats what I di d for awhile until my parents started to trust me.
