Date a coworker

I like this coworker of mine. I think she likes me too. We get along great. My current gf - soon to be ex (whenever either of us find a new place to live) are over and done. This girl is just my type. The problem is that we do work together. I don’t know if I want to get involved in something like that. Plus, there have been talks that I might be next for apromotion and then that would make me her direct boss.Company policy states that they can’t stop you from dating but they do “frown” on it. What do I do?

Another slight problem is that she is 4 years younger than me. I’m 22 and she is 18. That might look funny. Doesn’t matter to me though.

Do I see I both her and I can keep work and home seperate? Just forget about it? Look Elsewhere?
