How to eliminate and keep away dandruff?

anyone got natural remedies to get rid of and keep away dandruff?

Answer #1

umm what’s the difference beween dandruff and just a dry scalp?

DANDRUFF - A scaly scurf formed on and shed from the scalp, usually caused by seborrhea.

SEBORRHEA - an excessive and abnormal discharge from the sebaceous glands.

The term ‘dry scalp’ has often been used to describe ‘dandruff’ but, the actual definition of ‘dry scalp’ is quite literal.

tea-tree shampoo

okay..first..when you use your conditioner MAKE SURE you scrub reallly hard(but make sure not to scratch your scalp) to get it out. Conditioner is rather on the greasy side so when it dries it…stays on the greasy side and..it’s just nasty and creates lots of dandruff so rinse well and you should be good…

Answer #4

dandruff is a disease if anyone cares to know- its when your skin doesn’t produce enough oil so your skin on your scalp dries out. dandruff shampoo will help but only to an extent. you have to eat oilier foods.

Oh, and I wouldn’t recommend a ‘dandruff shampoo’ because they are more potent, and can often CAUSE dry scalp as a side-effect…
