youshould buy it, and then you won’t break it. Breaking 5 is a rediculous number. Let’s say you break the next one. There’s another 250 spent for what? If you really want it, YOU should buy it, not him, because YOU have shown him that you can’t handle having one that was purchased for you. Sounds harsh, but it is the truth.

Chances are he got fed up, and dosen’t want to keep wasting money…

My dad was the same way… I went though 4 cells, and I had to get my 5th one with my own money… I just got a really cheap ugly one and used it for awile to proove to him that I can actually take care of it… && I just had to stick with that for awhile, and now I’m om my 6th which he bought, after seeing that I could…

You just have to find a way to proove to him that you deserve another chance, otherwise he won’t go for it…

woah, why the sidekick?? I went through 6 sidekicks (stole only 2 of them) but trust me stealing isnt the best, upgrade get a g1.. but to make your dad trust you prove to him you can earn it!!! help him out with things like that chick said deal with a cheap/or non expensive one and than maybe he’ll break and get you a new one it’s all within time (or juss say it’s an easter present lol)

Destiny999, I think Terrible Tash has the best advice for you. Get a cheap (probably ugly) phone. After 6 months or more, go to your Dad and try again.

You have a serious lack of respect for the value of money. And your Dad. Until you can demonstrate that your attitude has changed, you may find that he is a lot less willing to let you take advantage of him.

wow, you need a reality check girl. There are so many important things then a $250 phone. Instead of your dad buying you another $250 phone, maybe he could donate the money to a charity that will feed 100 African families for Christ’s sake. My family NEVER bought me a damn thing. I WORKED. I SAVED. and I VALUED everything I owned. Maybe you should do the same because someday dear old daddy won’t be there to do it for you.
