I want a curly scene hair cut but if I cut the top to short it will poof up but I really really want curly scene hair put pics please!! thank you

Well I cant do it but you do your normal scene hair then curl it…??

may be if I like put the old style rollers and like put them in where I dont want it to frizz and curl them like that
