Can I still be emo with curly hair?

okay so I have curly short hair and is I straighten it some of my hair falls out. its also dry and damaged. I have dyed my hair black and I have dark brown eyes. can I still be emo

why label yourself? being emo is more than a hair style. its about music… way of life. you dont need to label yourself to be cool. just be yourself… be different, thats more cool XD

emo is a way of life, you dont just suddenly decide to be ‘emo’ why do people deliberately label themselves? its up to you what music/style you are into, just because you dont have straight hair doesnt necessarily mean you arent emo, being emo has a lot more to it than that, but once again, just be yourself, be different, dont follow the trends because you want to be classed…

Yes you can. If it makes you feel better, just straighten your hair. It doesn’t matter what type pf hair you have. Duh… everyone knows that who is sane and has common sense.
