You can get STD's through anal sex along with passing HIV and Hepetitis so it is essential to keep safe.
If you are not in a long term trusting relationship and have not both been checked for STD's and other infections then you should ALWAYS use a condom for anal or vaginal sex. (you can also pass these on through oral sex)

Gee.. Kind of graphic. But it will not do any harm and even if some comes out not all of it will until you have a bowel movement. But do you know you can still get pregnant even if the guy pulls out before ejaculating? There is medical proof that the pre cum clear fluid sometimes have sperm in it.
