Ive never seen people cry other than clear water? Do you mean like tears? Best thing to do is to go see an eye doctor, just in case is something bad, because it is something un-normal.

Could be make up or a side of affect from medication. Without knowing you I wouldnt go to the doctor just yet, if your tears turn blood red then yes Id consult a physician.

Unless you pee through your eyes, no that is not okay. It’s not normal, and it should be checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. It could be something simple, or something more complicated and serious. See a doctor.
