Crush problem

ok so I have this crush on a 10th grader but im really shy and dont know how to go and start talking to him. What should I do?

say “hey I love your shirt/shoes/hat” or whatever. and see his reaction. if he’s jerky and goes like “blank expression“, then it’s a sign to get over him. but if he’s like “thanks” all smiley then you could say hi to him like the next day. and if he says thanks but he doesn’t seem be too interested in you; then just get over him.

Start a conversation with him, but make it simple. Like ask him a question about the time, or give him a compliment - it’ll make him feel better. Than once you’ve mastered that, than start talking to him on a regular basis. And see what happens from there.

I think you ask him a simple like [do you know what time it is] or [ do you know how to get to 57th street. but dont got up to him just kinda stand next to him and look confused then ask him.
