Me and my friends have been talking and I think cruiseing is safer then flying. so tell me what do you think is safer flying or cruiseing?? and why.
Definitely cruising, as there are more activities on board to do eg: movies, casino, different restaurants, bars and water activites just to name a few. ( not really answering your question) ;)
Being on a plane takes you from point A to B so much quicker but once your in the sky, it's very limited to what you can see.
Safety wise, cruisers are safer unless your vessel gets attacked by pirates but ratio per crew to passengers are pretty good, ie: more staff on board then holiday cuisers... Security are A+ on cruise ships :) only if its not the "cheapie" budget and no frill ones thou
The Nile river, the father of African rivers and the longest river in the world. It rises south of the Equator and circulates northward through northeastern Africa to drain into the Mediterranean Sea. The Nile River in Egypt is one of the world’s most mystical rivers and a cruise on it is the perfect way to enjoy ancient Egypt’s History.
I would say with a competent, professional, crew - they would be equally, very safe - operate 1,000's of times without incident - that said, given the sheer huge number of flights, flying could be considered the safer.
I agree with amblessed, airtravel is safer percentage wise, but if you're neurotic, then walk. It's slow but other than camel traffic jams and peguin riots, you're good to go.
Flying is so much fun. Nothing like seeing a giant metal object weighing thousands of pounds defy gravity.
