is it possible to create a website for free ? i have seen a few ones that requires me to pay for creating a website and managing it. i don't need there professional help with managing it, i could do that myself.
I remember seeing at a friends house that her daughter made a website like her diaries and posted a lot of pictures on it, i believe it was something like (her name).com or something like that.
I also seen a lot of these info@(company names).com
Is it possible to create a site without paying ? even if i have to pay. i just want to know what i am paying for, cause they said even if i don't use there professional help they would still charge me 90% of the given offer.
