How can you create tattoos?

Not quite sure what you are talking about, but I would just recommend getting some temporary tattoo’s out of a 25 cent machine, if you want a fake one. If you want a real one, your only 16 :( and get it done professionally, please. If you want a temporary one that you made yourself, all I know to tell you is get a pen and draw on yourself. (but drawing on yourself with pens and sharpies isn’t really good for you, you know toxins and stuff)

Nonono bascially drawing it on but with a stencil. Like in tattoo parlor they use tracing paper and ink then press it onto the skin and it transfers then just needle on it. I want to know how to transfer it like that.
