Soon ill be going to my village which in desert . so want to know which cream would i use for sunburn and hot.
Any high SPF sunblock should work well if you use enough and reapply often enough. Like rhomel says, there is little or any benefit for going above SPF 15. SPF 15 blocks more than 90% of the sunburning rays. The most important thing is to select a good sunscreen and to use it correctly.
Sunscreens that contain avobenzone, titanium dioxide, or zinc oxide are better since they block UVA rays as well as UVB. Don't forget about your face and lips. There are special sunblocks made for your face and lip balms that contain sunscreen; use 'em!
Most people do not use enough sunscreen lotion. You should have a good coating of sunscreen on your skin. I used to hear advice to use a whole shotglass of sunscreen. Sunscreen should be applied half an hour before going out to give it enough time to absorb. Sunscreen does not last all day. At the very least it will need to be reapplied after a couple of hours.
dont go more than SPF 15. generally it is true the higher the better, but theirs been studies that shows that the higher the SPF is the more likely youll have skin damage due to the chemicals in the cream.
i personally dont go over SPF 15 & i live in the golden state:)
The higher the better in terms of SPF...also, use a hat, shades, long sleeves and pants so that you minimize the exposed area to the sun.
clarins has an awesome sunscreen
