How can I cover up a bruised lip?

I have a busted lip. It’s swollen, cut and bruised. Is there ANY way at all of hideing it? Like some kind of affordable make up that will cover it up?

ok so how did this happen and if its really bad you might want to go to the doctor to get it checked out. anyways makeup won’t help. just I don’t know?!?

Swollen, cut, and bruised? First, you need to take care of the swelling - you can help reduce the swell with a cold compress, but depending on how bad it is, you may not get the swelling down completely. The bruise can be covered with some foundation, but remember that your lips are darker than your skin tone, so you’ll need to find one that matches your lip colour. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to cover a cut, and to be honest, I don’t think you should be applying makeup to your lip if it has an open would … you’re risking infection.
