Never pen up your feelings. I've done that a couple times and ened up with holes in the walls of my bedroom. Let it out. Talk to somebody. It doesn't matter if it takes a while, it needs to be done. keeping your emotions to yourself is like asking to be torn to peices from the inside out. Otherwise, the emotion will only grow larger and more potent until you explode.
