I don't know about any site that does that.
I always thought the fan base does.
It's called "shipping"...as in the "ship" from "relationship".
Like "brangelina" for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
It's also done for anime stuff, and even popular fiction books, too! If you type in "shipping" and one of those couple names in Google search, you should see more about this.
