Could I have breast cancer?

For the past 3 months I have pains in my left breast like if I’m lactating and every now and then a pipple like bump but only on my left breast my right breast gets sore to but not as frequent. Recently the pain has worsten and now I have a pipple with a head that hurts like crazy. I also have all the symtoms of pregnacy but when I take a pregnacy test it comes out negative. What could this mean?

The tests aren’t always accurate, so if you think you are you should see a doctor to be sure, especially if you’re getting more signs than just a sore breast. But the breast pain is probably from the pimple. Try some acne wash in the shower. I’ve also heard that sleeping without a bra and wearing loose bras help. (:
