What would be the copyrights in this situation?

If im sending my original photos to a website to be sold. But i enhance the colors, or like make it b&w etc. from an application like ‘GIMP’ then could i get fined or anything because i used their app and didnt like write there name on it?

No - just because you used that program to edit your photos doesn’t mean they retain any sort of rights to your work; however, the site you are submitting them to just might … make sure you read the policy very well and understand it before you submit anything.
