How do I convince my mom to get me a camera?

I have NEVER had my own camera, and I’m tired of asking her to buy me one seeing I don’t have my own job just yet and of putting up pictures that aren’t me. How do I convince her to buy me one BEFORE Christmas?

Answer #1

I needed one for 4-H and that convinced my mother to get one:)

Answer #2

Maybe start helping out around the house or something to earn yourself money to buy the camera. I’m sure it’ll give your mom more of a reason to get you one

Answer #3

Earn it, ask to do chores and other stuff, explain why you want it, tell her some befits of having a camera tell “ if we get a camera we can take pictures of all our most memorable moments or video tape them” (most digital cameras have a video mode.)

Answer #4

woo 4-H

Answer #5

I cook dinner, I wash the dishes, I vacuum and wash BOTH Church van and her car, I vacuum the house, I rearranged the entire house by myself, I check HER mail when asked, I back her car into the garage everyday, want more?

Answer #6

4-H?

Answer #7

Then ask her yourself if there is anything in particular she would want you to do for her to get it for you. Or take lukevyner’s advice and explain to her that getting a camera can help capture your family’s most memorable moments

Answer #8

A youth organization sponsored by the Department of Agriculture and offering instruction in agriculture and home economics. :) It’s mainly a club you do projects in or work with animals and then they go into competition at a county level and then state, an so on.

Answer #9

Kind of like FFA but no school orientated and starts at a younger age. FFA does the same stuff. ARIZONA FFA!!! :)

Answer #10

tell her why you need it and what you will use it for. You could always buy it yourself if your mum doesnt buy it for you.

Answer #11

When I asked her earlier, she brought up a “pelgrim check” she’s supposed to get from her school…in October. I just emailed my dad, mom doesn’t care…or not in my view.
