OK, everybody says it just works, OR that in “Save Movie File” you can pick your format. IT doesn’t give you a format choice other than, optimize for e-mail, your computer, bla bla bla. I understand all your suggestions, but I am having the same problem as above, and seriously, the person who posted this is right, this is a problem. I am not computer illiterate and I the only way I see being able to fix this issue is downloading a free converter such as WMV Converter from www.mov-avi.com/WMVConverter or similar.
uhm… when ure done, you could go to file > save movie file and then save it as another file in your computer… after you save it, you will then be linked to Windows Media Player evrytime you click that file… might take a while to save though… depending on how big the project/file is…
look, if you are doing a project in movie maker, after finish it, just go to file(up) >save movie file(ctrl+P) and press next, follow the instuctions, or if you have a movie maker file somewhere else… just import it in movie maker. and follow the steps that I gave you above.
