Contreception pill is ruining my relationship

I’ve being on the pill for a year now and its making my moods unbearable! I take all my anger out on my boyfriend. I get jelous - angry - tearful - aggresive and I dont trust him!! And its only when im on the pill. I took a break from the pill for 3 munths and my mood swings settled and our relationship gt re-built! But when I went back on the pill I gt angry again and jelous of things he did with out me I accused him of cheating on me. Im 17 so I cant afford to go off the pill incase I get pregnant. Has anyone else had same problems? How can I over come this! Ic tried the pills dianette and yasminelle now im on micro lite!

How about trying another form of contraception or even another brand, sometimes it takes a few times before you get a pill that works for you, or maybe consider the progesterone only pill…it doesn’t interfere as bad with mood swings (but you have to be a lot more careful for taking it)
