I shave my pubic area,and recently I went to the gyno for a regular check up. She told me that I had developed a common skin irritation,called Contact Dermititis,from Shaving.I guess it's really common? She didnt go into details on how to fix it,other than to stop shaving for a while,but Does anyone know? Its like I have a few welts on my vaginal lips that are itchy,mostly after my shower.I've stopped shaving for now,in hopes that it will clear up soon.but does anyone know any quick fixes?
I searched it online and it just says to keep it moisturized and avoid contact with the effected area till it clears. If you wear lace panties, it would be a good idea to avoid those right now because they will probley cause more friction.
