Its have to be 3D, also can be 2.5D, like N64. The size of the download have to be small like 0-100MB.
Well just about anything pre- CD area is going to be fairly small since those cartridges couldn't fit much data on them. Then you just get an Emulator for the game system. I have a pack of about ~250 ROMS for the SNES and the Emulator on my computer. All sorts of old school fun. Get yourself a decent USB controller or PS2 to USB adapter. Makes life easier.
You can do it too with the newer CD based game system - PS1 has some decent emulators, but the games are all about ~700MB. I have an emulator for the PS2 also - it was kinda a pain to setup, and is a resource hog, but still fun. But PS2 games are going to be full dvd so more like 4.7GB
i know you can download games onto the nintendo ds, its a small handheld consol though, not one you play on the tv with a controller
so, Nintendo 64 is the only console which is 3D and small in size?
oh ya i forgot, i will be using Emulators.
