No, lol. It’s something that can’t always be helped…if it was a crime to accidentally vomit outside, then that would be ridiculous.

I’m pretty sure not. Although, if you are seen, you might be asked to clean it up. Even if not seen it is better if you clean it up, you shouldn’t leave this responsibility to someone else. I think in some countries, this act is considered very disrespectful.

well then whats the difference if i throw an apple core out the window? its going to decompose one way or another but u can get fined for that kind if littering.

If you were sick because you were drunk, you could get a “being drunk in public” ticket, but if you were sick because you had the flu, something you ate etc, no you wouldn’t

No but be sure to vomit when the car stops otherwise your vomit is going to fly back into the car and the other passengers are not going to be too happy with your spew on their hair and clothes. :-)
