Connect a Lexmark printer to Dell computer.
Do you know how to connect a Lexmark x75 all-in-one printer to a Dell computer?
I don’t own this printer but most printers these days connect with a USB cable and come with a driver disc that you can load on the computer you wish to use it on.
If you do not have the disc than you may be able to download the drivers you need for your operating system.
