How do I gain confidence for my screamo band?

im in a screamo/hxc band and I have to do some s screamo/hxc band?creaming for our songs and I get nervous and afraid of what people think, even tho my friends love my screams I have a hard time doing it in front of people! any advice on how to gain some confidence and not be so afraid???

dude, stop being such a pss and just go up there and sing, you not every lead singer in bands have the perfect voice, plus what I say to myself is, you’re the one up there singing not them, if they don’t like it they can fckin leave yo,

just dont think about it,don’t let your band mates down…that’s one thing I hate about singers that I’ve had in the past,that’ll they’ll get nervous,it would tick me off,how can you sign on being a singer if you get nervous

honestly, just pretend like nobody is watching you,and just let it rip DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT,AND YOU’LL BE FINE!!!

u could do some stupid excercises like screaming out loud where no one can hear you or dont care or jus be urself and if anyone doesnt like it tell them to s*w off.
