Well, first of all it's totally natural for people to focus on the few things about themselves that are "wrong" rather than the many things that are right. So try not to be so hard on yourself. Don't go around criticizing yourself, like "eww, these jeans make me look fat" "look at that zit on my nose" "ugh, my blahblahblah" etc. Those are just some examples. Instead, look at yourself in the mirror, & point out the good features. Andd if you're still feeling a little down, maybe buy new make up? Or do something different with your hair, go shopping at your favorite store, etc.
To create more confidence, you could set up a work out routine. I see people becomming very proud of their appearance when they work out, like their arms are more toned or their stomach is how they want it.
Think about what made you confident before. What did you lose that made you timid ? Maybe try getting a new style. New hair, makeup, outfit, ect. Believe in yourself, your beautiful.
