Hmmm…I’ve wondered the same thing. I plan on getting my conch pierced soon, so if you find out anything, let me know. :)

For now, I’d suggest going to the place you got it pierced and ask them. Most of them sell jewelry so you can get something there. You can probably use anything that has the right gauge size.

I have 3 conch in my left ear and 1 in my right I wear labret studs they are more confortable as with the straight barbells the ball on the back can be abit irritating
