The best college is the one where you will learn and grow the most academically, professionally, and personally.

A lot depends on what you want to study. You also have to consider if you want to go to a small school where you can personally know many of your instructors or a large school with more resources. Would you prefer to live in a large city or a small bucolic college town? Do you want to go to school with some of your high school friends or would you prefer to go someplace where nobody knows you and you can reinvent yourself?
