How many cloth diapers will I need to bring to the hospital?

Answer #1

I don’t know why you would bring cloth diapers. Plus I think hospitals usually provide diapers …

Answer #2

depends how long whoever needs them stays there

Answer #3

I’m not useing disposeable diapers, they are not enviromentally friendly- and cloth diapers are healthier for a baby.

Answer #4

I wud say at least 20, that is if ur havein a baby and they r for the baby

Answer #5

do you have any experience with them?

Answer #6

It would help a bit if you could add some details, or explain your situation a bit more.

If you are asking how many diapers you are going to need to take to the hospital when you go into labor… I don’t believe you need to take many. They generally have diapers there for you, while the baby is still in the hospital. However, I would take about 10 to 20 just to be on the safe side. I’m not sure if you would be able to wash them there…or if the hospital in your are provides diapers.

Answer #7

And a new baby cud b allergic to disposable diapers as well

Answer #8

As to why i’m not using disposable diapers.

Answer #9

Yes I used them on both my children

Answer #10

This is my first born. How was your experience with them ?

Answer #11

Well just like disposable diapers, I found it best to practice on a life size fake baby doll, it takes some gettin used to but after that I thought it was great, no spending money every week, my kids had no diaper rash, the only prob I had was I kept loseing the safety pins that go in them. B sure to get some diaper baggies to put the diapers in when ur out and about as well

Answer #12

Thats really helpful! Thank you so much! Lucky me, I have snap-up CD (cloth diapers) so no need to for safty pins. Once again thank you so much ! :)

Answer #13

Ur very welcome, if thrs anything else feel free to ask

Answer #14

And ur right lucky you lol

Answer #15

I would say about 15.

Answer #16

Usaully the hospital provides diapers but if you wish to bring your own it really depends on how long youwould be there. I would say somewhere between 15-25, you can never be overly prepared! especialy for a baby.

Answer #17

The hospital will insist on using their own diapers while the baby is in the hospital, as they have no receptacles to hold cloth diapers - it’s a biohazard issue. You should bring one or two to bring baby home in.

Answer #18

How often do you plan on going to the bathroom?

Answer #19

Usually hospitals do take consideration for your wants and needs. But as Colleen stated above… i would call the hospital to see if they allow it. Explain your beliefs. They may or may not. Unless you are going to a birthing center that would be a different story.

Do you make your own? I have a friend who makes her own and they are so neat!
