its different for everyone its not a 30day marker for everyone because everybody has a different body and reacts differently when I used to smoke which was just weekends I passed a navy test only a week and hald of not smoking but on other hand I run and lift 4 out of 7 days...but 30 days for everyone is like saying everyone has the same build weight height and physical activity in a day its different also on how frequently you smoke its no clear cut day its in your body
you can cleanse your system in a week if your in good shape and have a good metabolism. just exercise and sweat it all out. as well as drinking insane amounts of water. you can "flush" your system in that all you will pee is the excess of water in your body making a test go negative. but in a few days however the pot will filter back and you will test positive. its a risky manuever but sometimes worth it
Other than buying a bottle of 60 dollar detox from a smoking accessory store - you can't. Marijuana stays in your system for 30 days no matter what anyone else tells you also, I'm on probation currenly and I've seen so many people fail their drug test because they though it would be out faster than that.
These are important things to think about, before you choose to smoke weed, sorry you got yourself into this, now it is up to you to get yourself out. One other reason why you should not smoke weed.
