What's the cinnamon challenge and why does everyone want to do it?

you eat a spoonful of cinnamon, and you have to show proof, or have someone there who can witness it. a few times people will actually vomit (like i did) or they will spit it out and will be begging for water where it does dry the mouth out like coutness bathory said
