Who celebrates Chinese New Years? If you do, I just wanted to say that I wish you guys the best of luck this year! If yur parents are like mine… super superstitious and stuff… What are you not allowed to do? We can’t do anything! Lol

I’m in Shenzhen, China right now. I’m not Chinese but my girlfriend is and I’m here visiting for a while.

I participated in the exchange of red envelopes for the first time. It’s like Christmas, but instead of presents you give and receive envelopes full of money.

The fireworks are very noisy and we have to go out to a few family dinners. We began the new year by eating dumplings. I like dumplings.
