I had really bad chest pains last year. like it hurt a lot and it was hard to breathe and it really hurt when I swallowed food. I went to the doctor and they told me I had really bad acid reflex and they gave me a prescription and a list of foods not to eat and it the pain soon went away. I dont know if its the same thing you have though.

questions to answser.

do you have a history of heart disease? have you had a recent chest injury in the last couple of weeks? what were you doing when the pain started? is there anything that makes the pain feel better? like sitting down, etc? how old are you?

are you on any medications?

Sometimes humidity can cause that. Also if you have allergies or your getting a cold. (Nose is becomming stuffed but you can not tell) if starts to really bother you use a vaporizer, those help when your stuffed up or its to humid for you. ( call a doctor if it gets worse or your breathing becomes to shallow.) Taking a nap or going to bed early can help also. Hope you feel better.
