How can I get my cheesecakes to stop cracking on the top

Put the baking pan in a larger pan that has about an inch of water in it or you can cover it when you get it out of the oven so it cools properly. Also make sure you cool the oven down a little at a time THEN pull it out.

steph is right. also try keeping it moist. NOT SOAKING IT but moist. go to the 99c store and get a spary bottle and sprits it with water ever 5 or 10 minuets while it cools. but not to much. then your cake gets water logged. like one or two sprays at a time.
